By accessing or using UpMonitor at upmonitor.xyz or app.upmonitor.xyz, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
UpMonitor provides website and infrastructure uptime monitoring, alerting, and status page services. We offer Free, Pro, and Business subscription tiers as described on the pricing page.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may only use UpMonitor to monitor websites, APIs, and servers that you own or have explicit permission to monitor. You may not use UpMonitor to:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime for the UpMonitor platform itself. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service reliability and notify users of planned maintenance. UpMonitor is not liable for losses arising from monitoring service outages.
Your use of UpMonitor is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We retain monitoring data per the retention limits of your plan. You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard.
UpMonitor and its features, design, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data (URLs, monitor configurations) you add to the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
UpMonitor is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including losses from missed downtime alerts.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers via email of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
